- Faulty, Damaged, Missed or Incorrect Items
Customers may request a refund for faulty, damaged, missed or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Refund option does not include shipping costs, unless all products received are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
All claims require clear photos of the reported issue,including size tag. A representative will review each claim on a case by case basis.
What we cover:
- Received wrong size / wrong item
- Missed items for order
- Design and color is significantly different
- Manufacturing fault
Products must be unworn, unwashed and without odor. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted to return. Tags must be attached to return any item.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
- Parcel Lost, Failed Delivery and Returned to Sender
Customers are entitled to a refund anytime a package is lost or returned to sender.
Applies to orders which have been shipped to the customer provided shipping address and either failed delivery, returned to sender by post courier, refused on delivery or similar.
- Rejected Returns
Products received that do not comply with our return policy and are rejected are subject to a $5.00 processing fee and $6.00 shipping fee. If a product is not claimed within 30 days, it will be donated or thrown away.Request refund

Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.Refund for rejected returns will deduct $5.00 processing fee and $6.00 shipping fee.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your paypal or credit card account.
